A French Delight: Hot Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

1 baguette

150g of goat cheese

100g of salad

2 tbs of apple cider vinegar

1 tsp of Dijon mustard

3 tbs of olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Method: 

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
  2. Cut the baguette into 4 to 5 cm slices and place them on an oven proof dish.
  3. Cover each piece of bread with a slice of goat cheese. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add the salad, olive oil, mustard, vinegar and mix.
  5. Arrange salad on each plate and place slices of bread in top.
