Healthy and Tasty: The 5 a day Smoothie

Fat (g): 0.9

Carbs (g): 49.9

Protein (g): 2.6

 

Ingredients:

2 carrots

1 apple

1 handful of spinach

2 kiwis

1 tsp of Alma berry

300ml of water (or more depending on how liquid

you want your smoothie)

 

Method:

  1. Slice and add all the ingredients in the mixer.
  2. For more nutrients, simply rinse your fruits and veggies. Except for the kiwis, do not peel them!
  3. Blend until liquid.
  4. Enjoy !!
