Delicious and Healthy: Leeks and Mushrooms Sauté

Ingredients:

600g of sliced organic mushrooms

2 organic leeks, peeled and finely chopped

2tbs of olive oil

3 garlic cloves finely chopped

2 handfuls of fresh parsley

Sea Salt, pepper to taste

 

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in the pan.
  2. Add the garlic mushrooms, salt and pepper, and let it cook on high heat, stirring regularly for 5 minutes.
  3. Once the mushrooms are cooked, reduce the heat to medium and stir in the leeks.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the leeks have softened.
  5. Remove the pan for the heat, add the parsley and mix all together.

 

This dish can be served as a main or a side dish. If you decide to serve it as a side dish, divide all the quantities by 2.

 

And voilà !
